Free standard shipping worldwide! Please note, international deliveries can take up to 3 weeks. DHL Express delivery upgrade option is available for urgent orders.

RÄTHEL & WOLF will dispatch the approved order as quickly as possible from our Berlin studio. Most orders will be dispatched within 3 working days; for made to order pieces, please allow up to 5 weeks. Please get in touch if you have an urgent delivery request or if you would like to book an appointment in our studio in Berlin.

As soon as we start packing your order we will send you a confirmation email with the delivery information and a link to track your order online. 

You must ensure that someone is present to accept delivery.

Goods are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us or stated by the courier as delivered.



We are pleased to cover all import taxes and duties on UK orders. If you are a UK customer and you ever receive a demand for payment of such taxes or duties from either our shipper or from any customs authorities, please contact us immediately, since you are not required to pay these. For all other international orders outside of the EU import duties or taxes may apply.

We unfortunately can't accept returns from outside the EU.

If you are based in the EU and would like to return or exchange a product, please get in touch via We will send you instructions that need to be added to the parcel. Returns can be accepted within 14 days of the delivery and if the product is unused and original packaging is fully intact, wrapped securely. The customer has to cover return shipping costs.

Please note: Pre-orders, customised and discounted pieces can not be returned.

We ask you to choose the pieces carefully and make sure to order the correct size to avoid extra shipping on both ends.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment after item has been returned, the shipping cost will not be refunded. We recommend insuring the return delivery as it is the costumer’s liability. Return shipping is at your own cost and risk.

If the item received is faulty, please notify us via as soon as possible. We will provide a replacement or a full refund within 14 days.
